Day 76: What a Wonderful World.

Another wonderful day on the road today. I was more at peace than I think I have been the entire trip. Just as I was realizing this fact, a song came on the IPod that sealed the deal for me. I just wanted to thank you all once again for all of your support throughout this journey. My present to you this evening is to post the lyrics to the song for your enjoyment. Hopefully, you will feel a slight calm after reading the lyrics, take a small break from the everyday stresses of life, take a deep breath, and smile and be happy. Goodnight.

"What a Wonderful World"
by: Louis Armstrong

I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom, for me and you
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

I see skies of blue, and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, dark sacred night
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces, of people going by
I see friends shaking hands, sayin', "How do you do?"
They're really sayin', "I love you"

I hear babies cryin', I watch them grow
They'll learn much more, than I'll ever know
And I think to myself
What a wonderful world

Yes, I think to myself
What a wonderful world
Oh yeah
